The mobile filling station is a preconfigured system. The customer needs to position, connect and start filling. This system is suitable for filling non-foaming products.

  • Effortlessly transfer anywhere using the trolley wheel arrangement
  • Buffer tank provided with float valve for the level control, filling nozzle and teflon foot valve
  • Available for capacity ranging from 100g to 20 kg pails & cans
  • Rack and pinion screw for platform height adjustment to fill containers of different heights
  • Manual feeding and removal of containers
  • Manual alignment of filling lance over the bung hole
  • Plug and Play fully wired system for easy installation
