Precia Molen has just completed the acquisition of 100% of the company Antignac Pesage, specialist in industrial and commercial weighing with branches located in Brive, Limoges and Poitiers (France). Antignac is a major player in the south west of France, created more than forty years ago, its annual turnover reaches more than two million euros in service and sales of weighing installations. It will be immediately integrated in French service branch of the group (Precia Molen Service) and consolidated from July 1st 2014. This acquisition aims to improve the territorial presence of Precia Molen Service and will provide the current Antignac customers a direct access to the services and products of the Precia Molen Group.
