CHECK WEIGHING SYSTEM Model – CKW R/B

DESCRIPTION:

The check weighing system is used for checking weight tolerance of Packages on the secondary packing lines. And it is mainly suitable for parcels such as Carton boxes, pails, Tins and plastic/paper bags.

Check weigh system CKW R/B:

  • Suitable to check parcels of capacity from 50g to 100kg.
  • Load cell based powerised weighing platform with conveyor.
  • Powerised in feed conveyor with pneumatically operated parcel stopper / spacing conveyor to regulate parcel movement on platform.
  • Powerised out feed conveyor with pneumatically operated pusher or diverter for rejection of out of tolerance parcels.
  • Rejection collection tray / idler roller conveyor.
  • The system having facility to count and send data for acquisition on USB drive or PC.

NOTE:

  • System will be provided with roller (CKW-R) or belt (CKW-B) depending on application.
  • Available for Ex zones.
